HarpMasters Academy TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Participation at HarpMasters Academy must be reflected in the personal CV of alumni.
- I agree that any performances or recordings of performances during the course will be without remuneration and may be released for national or international distribution for the purpose of publicity for the “Harp Masters Academy”. I agree to perform for Radio, TV, CD, DVD, and public concerts during the course without remuneration.
- All photo and video materials taken during HarpMasters Academy must be identified (HarpMasters Academy, year) when placed on media & and social sources (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, personal website etc.) or used for personal activities (publications, articles, papers, etc.).
- It is prohibited to publish video recordings of all classes on social media & and websites (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, personal website, etc.) without written permission of HarpMasters Academy. Alumni and participants are expected to share official posts of HarpMasters Academy on their Social Media accounts.
- I agree that copies of course materials (given for/at orchestra, baroque, and other seminars) are for personal use only. Copying, scanning, and passing to third parties is prohibited.
- Food allergies and special requirements should be communicated to the Academy before May 1, 2026. In case of late communication, extra charges (for dinners) will be applied.
- Upon Acceptance confirmation, I will submit my Medical insurance Card (copy) and credit card (copy).
PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY
The first 50 % is to be paid within 14 days after receiving the “Registration Form” other 50% is due within 30 days after receiving the “Registration Form”. Written cancellation will be accepted before May 1, 2026. The refund will be done as soon as possible, course’s cancellation fee of 130€ – will be charged. After May 1, 2026 there will be no refund in the event of cancellation or non-attendance. Application Fee is non-refundable.
COURT COMPETENCE
The exclusive court of jurisdiction is BERN (Switzerland). All legal relationships between appreciated contacts or purchase orders and its Business Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Here with I confirm the correctness of my statements provided above and I apply for the “HarpMasters” Academy 2026.
HarpMasters Academy GDPR Consent Form:
- HarpMasters Academy can use next personal data for direct communication with students and mentors: e-mail address and telephone number.
- HarpMasters Academy can publish lists of students and mentors with name and nationality for the purpose of organizing and managing the educational process as advertising, work plan, publications, concert programs, social medias, alumni list and others.
- HarpMasters Academy can publish students’ and mentors’ results on competitions and other important events on website, social medias, publications, advertising space and in the media for the purpose of informing the public about the activities of the HarpMasters’ community.
- HarpMasters Academy can photograph and record (video and audio) students and mentors while performing activities in the events organized by HarpMasters Academy and at events that the student attends on behalf of HarpMasters Academy, for the purpose of archiving and informing the public about activities and learning process.
- HarpMasters can record (video and audio) student’s or mentor’s performances and other activities where he/she participates as an alumni of HarpMasters, and publish and storage recordings for the purpose of presenting activities of HarpMasters Academy.
- HarpMasters Academy can publish video and audio recordings of the students or mentors that were taken on events organised by HarpMasters Academy and other activities where they participate as alumni of HarpMasters on website, social medias, advertising space and other online networks.
- HarpMasters Academy can save students’ or mentors’ personal data for organisational use. HarpMasters Academy will not transmit any personal data of students or mentors to third parties without their permission.
